All orders are acknowledged in writing by fax or E-mail. If you do not receive an acknowledgement from Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. you are to assume that your order has not been received and entered. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their order has been received and entered.

All medals are furnished without attachments as a standard.

• Minimum order charge (on all items except stock medals and laser labels) $80.00 (A)
• No returns or credits are permitted without authorization by Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc.
• All tooling and molds are the property of Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. and are not invoiced.
• All products, except embroidered patches, are measured from the 2 longest points.
• Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. cannot guarantee the return or condition of any samples submitted by customers.

 

New Customers

First time orders require prepayment which can be made by check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We will require a 50% down payment until Net 30 terms or payment history is established with us. We will run half of the order total on your credit card at the time the order is placed and the remainder plus shipping charges when the order is shipped.

We need very detailed and accurate information in order to accept payment by credit card.

1. The exact way your name and/or business name appears on your card.
2. The exact billing address that your card bills to.
3. The 3-digit security code listed on the back of your card.

If you would like to establish Net 30 Terms on future orders, we will be happy to fax you a copy of our credit application. Please provide 4 suppliers along with their fax numbers.

Credit Cards

Payments made by credit card after 30 day terms will automatically incur a 2% fee charge.

NSF Checks

Checks returned due to Non Sufficient Funds will be billed a $25.00 fee.

Cancellation Charges

Orders that are cancelled will be charged a minimum $25.00 fee in addition to all charges for all work done to date of cancellation.

NEW ORDERS: 4 weeks plus delivery

Artwork for new orders must be approved within three days of receipt.

Any delay in approving art may result in your order not shipping as scheduled, and rush charges and/or expedited shipping may be required.

Rush charges below are for spin cast items only. For other products, please call for availability.

RUSH ORDERS: Any NEW ORDER shipped in under 4 weeks

7 business days or under: 50% rush charge
8-14 business days: 30% rush charge
15-19 business days: 20% rush charge

REORDERS: 3 weeks plus delivery

Orders that require text or art changes do not qualify as reorders.

RUSH ORDERS: Any REORDER shipped in under 3 weeks

Sample Run

A sample run order includes one side of artwork and 3 finished pieces. Delivery is approximately 3 weeks, call for quote.

Finishes

Standard finishes are antique gold, antique silver and antique bronze. Other finishes are available upon request. Please call for quote. Spin cast, lead free, single faced medals may have a fine texture on back side. Please advise factory if you are engraving.

All spin cast items have Laser Engravable finishes.

All items are F.O.B. Avon Lake, OH and will be shipped United Parcel Service.

Shipments will be prepaid and the freight will be added to the invoice.

If credit terms are not established by date of shipping, your order may be delayed until payment has been has been received by Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc.

Once your order is shipped from our factory, Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. assumes no responsibility of damages due to carrier handling.

Shipments that have split ship dates or destinations will be subject to a $5.00 charge per date or destination.

Due to the custom manufacturing process of your order, standard delivery times as noted in catalog may have to be adjusted due to unforseen circumstances. Special shipping may be needed to meet your event date.
