Color options:

• Multi color - $0.04 per color (max 3 colors) "A"
  
• Marble swirl - $0.04 per color (max 2 colors) "A"
  
• Glow in the dark - $0.08 per color (max 1 color) "A"
  

Color fill/printing options:

• Fill debossed area - $0.18 per color (max 2 colors) "A"
  
• Printing color - $0.06 per color (max 2 colors) "A"
  
• Printing set-up - $48.00 per color (max 2 colors) "A"
